The Café Bateel cuisine is simple, authentic, wholesome and captivatingly delicious.  It begins with our selection of the best in natural ingredients such as pasta and beans from Umbria, tomato sauce from Sicily and fresh fruit from France.  All this is creatively combined and lovingly prepared, using traditional recipes and innovative techniques.  The result? Signature dishes which reflect passion for modern, healthy, exquisite cuisine, like Bateel risotto and couscous salad or our Levant and zaatar sandwiches.

We also offer excellent French pastries, created from original recipes that complement the Italian-Umbrian cuisine, such as our tempting and inspirational millefeuille and our deliciously unique, ‘must taste’ yoghurt ice cream with pecans and dhibs.
